Subscription Terms

The short version

  • AFF Premium is bought in the app and billed to your Apple Account.
  • Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel it.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

1. What AFF Premium includes

AFF Premium unlocks Nearby, AFF's one-tap search for people in your city, together with the other benefits described on the Premium screen in the app at the time you buy. These Subscription Terms are part of our Terms of Service.

2. Plans and prices

  • Weekly, an auto-renewing subscription billed every week.
  • Monthly, an auto-renewing subscription billed every month.
  • Lifetime, a one-time purchase that isn't a subscription.

Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency before you confirm a purchase, and may include taxes. Prices can differ by country and can change over time.

3. Billing and automatic renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price then in effect.
  • If Apple offers a free trial or introductory price, any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

4. How to cancel

  1. On your iPhone, open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then AFF.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app or your AFF account doesn't cancel a subscription. Apple's guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple.

5. Refunds

Because purchases are processed by Apple, TurboDuck can't issue refunds for App Store purchases. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refund requests under its own policies. Except where the law requires otherwise, there are no refunds or credits for partly used subscription periods.

6. Restoring purchases

If you reinstall AFF or switch to a new iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account, open the Premium screen and tap Restore to restore your purchase.

7. Lifetime purchases

A lifetime purchase gives you access to Premium features for as long as AFF offers Premium and your account remains active. It is tied to your AFF account and can't be transferred to another account.

8. Changes to Premium

We may add, change or remove Premium features. If a change materially reduces the benefits of a subscription you have already paid for, we will tell you in advance. Changes to subscription prices follow Apple's process, and Apple will ask for your consent where required.

9. Account suspension

If we suspend or terminate your account because you broke our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, you lose access to Premium, and you are not entitled to a refund except where the law requires one.
