The short version
- AFF is for adults only. Nobody under 18 may use it.
- We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- We remove violating content and accounts, preserve evidence and report to NCMEC and law enforcement.
1. Our commitment
AFF Dating has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We don't allow any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits or endangers children, on or off the app, and we work to prevent, detect, remove and report it.
2. Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use AFF. Members give their birth date when they create an account, and each profile video is reviewed by a person before the profile appears to others. If we find or suspect that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.
3. What is prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, edited or AI-generated material.
- Grooming, or any attempt to contact, meet or obtain images from a minor.
- Sexualizing minors in any content, including profile text, photos, videos and messages.
- Sextortion, trafficking, and any solicitation involving minors.
- Profiles, photos or videos that show a minor, even in non-sexual content.
4. How we detect it
- Human review of every profile video, and of profile photos and text, before a profile is shown to other members.
- In-app reporting on every profile and conversation, with reports involving minors handled first.
- Enforcement against repeat offenders and ban evasion.
5. How to report
In the app, tap ⋯ on a profile and choose Report this user. You can also email turboduck@foxmail.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services (911 in the United States) first. In the U.S. you can also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
6. What we do
- Remove the content and permanently ban the accounts involved.
- Preserve relevant information as required by law.
- Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, as U.S. law requires, and cooperate with law enforcement.
